Best place for family. Not to far from Sandbanks beach ( don't forget to reserve !!!) Loved the breakfast Quiet place.

We arrived early for a family funeral, thought we would see if by chance 1 of 2 of our rooms may be ready early. We were advised that yes in fact 1 room was available but it would be an additional charge of $xx/hr to check in prior to 3 PM. Unreal...Never heard of this, will be my last trip to any Comfort Inn, not that it was my first choice in the first place.

10/10 stay for a clean place to rest. Breakfast was a nightmare though because families kept cutting the line to go for seconds.

You allow children and hockey teams to walk all over you and your staff. Kids treat this place like a jungle gym. Good luck to anyone looking to sleep while you stay there, they will put you in the middle of parties and groups and do nothing about the loud and inappropriate behaviour. Rooms are minimal at best, one female staff member was the only thing that saved this place. The men at night couldn’t stand up to a brick wall. Went to visit a family member in hospice, had a horrible experience and the hotel won’t do anything.

We stay at this hotel once year for one night for the last 5 years when we are in town for a family reunion. The hotel is basically a basic hotel…clean but nothing extravagant or special. The most extravagant thing is the price increase! Compared to the exact same weekend last year this year’s price was over a hundred dollars more!! And compared to our first trip 5 years ago the price has doubled!! Also, the advertised king bed was barely a queen size. Will definitely have to rethink about where our hotel stay will be next year.

The hotel itself was nice; options for breakfast were good but this is definitely not a hotel to stay at when you are in a sports tournament. We were there for a hockey tournament which always includes people in the hallways talking and kids being kids. The staff and hotel were not accommodating to this at all. There were three teams staying in the hotel - they should have just put us all together so we didn't bother other guests. If they are not willing to accommodate traveling Teams and what comes along with them; then they should not sign up to be a hotel for tournaments.
