Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belleville, an IHG Hotel

Only complaint was it would have been nice if room had a pull out couch in addition to two queen size beds for our large family

The area is nice and offers a few activities for the family. Nice variety of dinning options .. some are a little iffy but the hotel staff were spot on with their recommendations. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful , always ready to help in any way they can. The room was spotless and just what we had asked for. Housekeeping are very polite and respectful. The kids enjoyed the inside pool .. the only note I would have is that there are no bathrooms in the pool area, we must go out and use the bathroom in the hallway which is inconvenient when you have several children with you … but apart from that everything was great. Hot buffet breakfast was really nice and yummy. Hotel is only about 40 minutes from the sandbanks national park which was the main reason for our stay.

Personnel was so friendly...kids did appreciate the pool and the breakfast was good.

We had a large family room for 5, was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Eco friendly, refillable soaps and shampoos, recycling cans. Front desk staff helpful organizing our takeaway breakfast.

We like the hot tub and the regular pool. They have a great breakfasts that the kids love. Beds are warm and comfy and the staff is wonderful and listen and fulfill our requests.

Great property! Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Stayed in queen suite, lots of room for our family of 5. Full breakfast included. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great about this property except the pool issues. Both mornings, the pool and/or hot tub were out of service for one reason or another. Both nights, however, they were back in order, so if their maintenance staff had taken care of the "chemical imbalances" a little earlier, there'd have been no issue. Promptly kicking everyone (not just us- other families in there too enjoying themselves) was a bit much...maybe keep it open a little later? All this just leads me to think they need to hire more staff. The staff that was there were all super nice & helpful. If you don't like pools, then give this place 5 stars. Otherwise plan ahead for intermittent pool issues. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with something different each day (cheesy eggs vs cheese egg omelet, backn vs sausage, etc). Pancake machine looked cool, but I didn't use it. The breakfast potatoes were yummy. Fully stocked with hot sauce packets, syrup, and look for bagel cream cheese in fridge. lol now I'm hungry...

Hotel was ok and clean. Nothing exceptional. Pool was cold and small. Breakfast ok. Staff at kitchen was rude!!. A lady yell at me « hey! » when I didn’t notice someone with a hot plate was trying to pass behind me… and I didn’t notice because I was trying to listen to my kid in middle of people grabbing breakfast. The lady with hot plate turned around like frustrated!. Teach your staff some Manners please!.
