It was good experience. I went with my girl bestie and our kids and it was a good option. It was price worthy

The air conditioner heating mode was not working well. Tried both auto and manual mode as per suggestions by the front desk but it still didnt work. It was late night and didnt want to take this further and change rooms with baby sleeping.

Very nice staff and super clean, to the point of sterile, but it just felt a little institutional or something. Bathroom doors were heavy steel. Toilet paper was prison grade. But if you value cleanliness over character and clean lines over cozy, then this is the place for you. I would stay again - with family - because the room was very spacious and the teens liked it, but this is not the place for a romantic getaway or restorative retreat (although it was very quiet - which was a bonus!).

My only complaint is that we were situated on a floor (4th,,) with a junior hockey/ baseball team and it was quite noisy, but it wasnt the end of the world.

The walls seem a bit thin, we could hear kids running around and a baby crying. I'm not complaining about the baby, just noting that the sound proofing isn't the greatest. Stay was great otherwise.

This was a last minute reservation. When we arrived the front desk were unable to locate our reservation, and the c/s staff estimated our wait could be up to two hours, based on a previous situation. We had to wait in the lobby (with a sick infant) for about 45mins. Other than that, the room was clean, the breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel, comfy beds and very quiet despite it being a very full house at breakfast. Breakfast was typical and sufficient and filled up very quickly . We used the pool a lot with the grandkids. Water was great but the bottom needs repairing, very rough. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful with all requests. I would return . Right next door to a gas station and a McDonald’s and a 5 minute drive to the Quinte Mall.

The Ac in the room was loud. Pillows are not comfortable and very thin. The pool was cold. Hotel needs to add a hot tub.. Gym has barely nothing in it. The towels were very rough and not pleasant to use but there was plenty enough for the whole family. The breakfeast room has a big useless counter in the midle that's taking too much room which could be used to add more tables and places for people to use. We had to basically "fight" for a spot to be able to eat breakfast with our family. There's a truck shop/truck stop right behind it and the view was very disapoiting... Other than that the staff was very nice, the hotel overall was very clean. The room was nicely insolated so we wouldn't hear the room next door. Breakfast choice was nice with the option too cook ourselfs waffles, we really liked that part. We didn't bring our pet but we saw that the hotel was pet friendly which is a very big plus and we appreciate that. Internet access was good and very easy to use, it was also simple to use the printer by the main desk.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had many options and very kid friendly. Waffles were a hit with the kids!!

The property is easily accessible from the highway and seems well kept. The room we rented was great. It was clean, spacious, and with two large windows it was bright. We enjoyed the pool for a little bit and it seemed well maintained as well. The only thing I didn't like was the sound of people moving around in the room above us - heavy footsteps, possibly children running around.
