Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

Amazing views of the falls, clean and spacious room. We had a great time as a family and will stay here again when we return to the area.

Not so good. I paid $400 CAD for a night and to my surprise I didn’t find a microwave. Did not have a kettle for hot water. Bathroom door did not have a locking mechanism. It was the worst I have experienced. It is a nightmare to be there with kids n parents.

Overall, the main reason to stay here obviously is for the views. If not for the views, this hotel would be (and is for the most part) your average Marriott - not bad - not great - just a decent place for a short family stay. The views are the real draw of course - we rented two adjoining rooms with fabulous views of the falls, which really don't get old. Front desk staff were great! Parking at the hotel is ok - all outside, although they do have a small garage. They do have valet as well. Parking can be a hike across the street out back if you can't find a spot close to hotel. The lobby area is spacious - and they have a Starbucks on site which is convenient. Elevators can be an issue - when they are very busy - there are only two that go to the upper floors - so often you may have to wait when it's peak check in and check out times. Rooms were very spacious - but very generic and well used. Bed comfort was better than average. Room temperature was an issue - ran very warm which made sleeping an issue for both rooms. The on site restaurant you should avoid. For convenience we tried it one night and it was less than average across the board. Service was good - but food and cleanliness were sub par - especially for the money being spent. Table was sticky when we sat down, and since the front is all glass - their AC seemed to have a hard time keeping it cool or they just keep it at a higher temp. Good for short family tourist stay and views.

very nice place close to the Falls. The view is oustanding. A little bit old but clean and the staff is very helpful. The parking is 45$ per nightm a little bit expensive. Was there with my one year old baby and they even provide a cribb for him. Will return for sure.

My three year old had three bite marks on his legs after sitting on the carpet. I went downstairs to report and they switched the room for us. The day after I received an email stating they didn’t see any bugs after their inspection. Didn’t even bother to check on my baby.

They took a 300 deposit, everyone else got $50 on there mastercard but not me . Also refused breakfast that i order a night before they woke me up asking to pay first . So my kids woke up with no food and up early for no reason they acted like i was broke . Never again will i stay here go across the street .

Fantastic view and staff for my large family

Hotel could obviously need a facelift, room did not get serviced every day like mentioned. Windows to the junior presidential suite which is what I booked were filthy and had sticky tar all over them not to mention the bathroom was not the cleanest. I was told by maintenance to go get ice on the third floor farthest end of the hotel which I did my floor didn’t even have an icemaker and 40 some odd dollars a night to park is ridiculous when you pay $450 a night to stay in your hotel

Traveled with our kids and really enjoyed the stay. We had a great view of the falls, the staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and in decent shape. Only a few small complaints like the elevators were very slow during the morning we were checking out and the door to our bathroom was a bit off track and didn’t close well. Kids enjoyed the pool and parking was easy.

Everyone and everything was perfect, it would be better if each room can have microwave, especially since some of us travel with children. This will be more convenient. But overall, satisfied.
