Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

We had a family wedding to go to. We came from out of town. We called and asked for an early check in. We had to call back the morning of our stay. We received our early check in . All good. Breakfast was excellent. Room very clean staff friendly. Only issue was wifi cutting in and out from our room. Would go back

We stsyed in room 131 a 2 queen room there were stains in the carpet in between the beds and small bits of what was foil wrapper on the middle table beween the beds. Not sure how that was missed during cleaning. What else waz not cleaned that I didn't notice. Went swimming in the pool there were no towels. The staff took waht towels that were in the bins but nothing was put in the towel area. He knew we were in the pool. We had ti walk back to our rooms wet. The breakfast was decent. I would not come back here again nor reccomend to friends or family.

Overall the stay was decent. I did though had a few complaints. For one the noise level. There was a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway. Now I'm like it's the weekend it happens. I let it slide to an extent because I wasn't sleeping yet. 130am, and they still were doing it. There needs to be a policy put in place or something that no noise after a time in respect to other people staying close by. Second parking ! At one point I was driving around the lot 5 times and there was absolutely no parking. I I won't lie, I had to park at the handicapped parking and woke up around 2am to move my car. This was absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be more space for parking. Or if there was and I didn't see, nothing was marked to tell me I could park there. I wasn't risking parking anywhere to get my car possibly towed. Third was the clorine in the pool. Definitely way to much. I didn't go in but I did take a walk. 2 seconds of entering the pool area my nose and eyes was burning. So I just skipped that place over all. Forth bathroom towels. There wasn't enough. Usually theres 2 of everything basically, especially when I booked a 2 queen bed room. But nope there was only 1 set. And lastly fifth, I've never been to a hotel no matter how cheap or expensive that there was no complimentary water bottles. Sooooo overall it was a decent stay, just a few things you guys need to keep in mind about.

We had an unexpected addition to our itinerary. Our grandson wanted to join after our reservation was made. We checked in looked over the room and bedding was inadequate. We we t to the front desk and they upgraded no quibbles. The next day grandson had forgotten toothbrush. Hotel staff readily provided no cost Excellent service and a great family environment.

This is a really great hotel at an affordable price. The pool is fantastic, especially for kids and the included breakfast buffet is very good. Add in the EV chargers (2 Tesla and 2 J-1772, although only one was working when we were there) and it’s a great package. Highly recommend.

This was a repeat visit for us and our extended family. The staff were fantastic and responsive to any questions we had. We really appreciated Laurel in the morning at the breakfast, Joy's recommendations for Indian food were excellent and very much appreciated by the group. The location is perfect for us ...for visiting family in Woodstock, St Mary's, Stratford and London.

Great staff, older building, lots of families and kids passing through which makes getting to sleep for an early flight a little difficult. Nice hot breakfast!
