Everything was great overall, but the lobby had a lingering cigarette smell that permeated the entire floor. I suppose nothing can be done as it is the smoking clientele that produces the odor. None the less, that is my only gripe. Everything else was great. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast that starts at 530am, which was great because my kids get up very early.

Bed frames were sharp.took off a chunk of skin, toilet seat height are for children, not a average height, not great for seniors, shower was excellent, small bathrooms.

Didn’t like a long wait for check in- maybe 30 mins standing in line. Seemed inefficient. Our room seemed clean and bed was great. The air conditioner was unusable as it was so loud it kept waking my child.
