Place is great my kids(teenagers stayed in one room) late at night my one daughter got up to get water,thought someone put water in the fridge so she opened it and there was a rotting salad,subs and something else it was so smelly amd gross

Stayed in the suite with separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Great for families. Really nice park across the street! Front desk staff very friendly!

the first night. We had bugs in our bed sheets and the chair was filthy. Our daughter had hives really bad. . 2nd day the room was not cleaned, bugs again. The night attendant changed rooms for us. The same thing but more bugs in our bed . Our daughter slept on top of my sweat jacket with a bath towel for a blanket. we had to find a place open to get some reacten for her. My family lent us a 2 blankets for her. When we checked out to leave I asked the lady at the attendant if she was informed what had happened she wasn't. I informed her. She said she would put the paper on manger desk and inform him and we should get a call from him the following day. He did not call. i called the hotel today June 22, 2023. He was not there. The lady that answered the phone would talk to the manager and the lady I talked to when we left on June 18.

it was a long weekend, however, was very noisy with dogs barking and children yelling. I found bugs crawling up shower drain in room. Breakfast room is VERY overcrowded. I was cut off in line waiting for food twice, but the worker did chastise me for not putting the lid on something which I didn't do, kid cut in front of me and made a mess. I didn't even get the free breakfast because I gave up on trying to get food in that mess. The bed was at least clean and comfortable. The room had mud/ dirt on the carpet.

Fantastic property, well maintained, good location, very clean, family friendly, rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic, good breakfast, ample parking space

Good size room but there was a childs sock in the bathroom on shelf from a previous guest, hairdryer needs throwing out very grubby and noisy otherwise room was good

I enjoyed the walkways adjacent to the property, along the water. Great park for kids, restaurant,/ pub right next door.

Booked a 4 night stay, ended up extending and staying a week. Great location, friendly staff. Would recommend to other families. Rooms are decent, the first room we had the drain was clogged and didn't allow the water to flow. Second room the Toilet paper holder was broken. Otherwise good stay.
