This Home 2 Suites is smaller than most. The breakfast was lack luster and I have had better experiences at other locations. We could not check in until 4:20pm, because they were sold out and the cleaners did not get to any of the rooms. Nothing against the staff, but we paid to check in at 3 and they should have known that we were coming. Very loud children and parents from a lacrosse tournament- which it would have been nice to know the hotel would be filled with kids when we were coming for a relaxing night away.

Staff were fantastic; they were professional and polite. Some feedback - the pool was cold (this was a low point for little ones who were shivering after 10mins swimming). The toilet in our room also made a massive noise when refilling (even when it hadn't been flushed) - it was so loud it woke our family of 4 up 3x in the evening. The breakfast was decent, and hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay, but a warmer pool and different toilet would have made this a 5 star.

The hotel was clean and modern. We liked our room for the spacious size and amenities. However, the swimming pool was FREEZING cold so the kids couldn’t swim. There were no towels available and we had to ask at front desk. Also, the breakfast was horrible. There was no bacon or sausage or eggs. Only premade omelets that were very undesirable. Limited options for other items also, The pool and breakfast was our main reason for choosing this hotel over others! Very disappointing in that aspect…

Unfortunately, Due to people not controlling their children. I made our experience not good. Screaming child cause her father took her phone away at 7am in the morning. Not being attended to at the breakfast and burning bread in the toaster. Screaming during breakfast for not getting what another child wanted. No internet. No internet The Hilton name normally is a pleasant stay. THIS WAS NOT.

I like my stay with my family, everything was perfect

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, great size for our family of 6. Staff was very helpful, the included breakfast had lots of great options for all of us! Kids loved making their own waffles! Close to the highway, close to a great little restaurant, Wimpy's diner, was delicious! We would definitely stay again!

I was happy that someone was there to check in me and my family in spite of it being 2am in the morning. The room was just right. My girls loved the pool and the laundry accesd was very convenient. However the bath towels were given only for 2 persons though I reserved for 4. I made several request/3 days that was not met before I had to go get the towels myself. I had the same issue with getting the garbage disposed. There was no bacon served on the weekend. Ive checked out more than 48hours now yet there is still a hold on my card (even though they said it was declined there is a hold on my husband's card as well). I did not receive the receipt via email as promised. Overall I would say it was a fair experience and I would visit again. I would recommend that the opportunities are worked on.

Two words: bed bugs. They also did not have the room we reserved with two kids, so we had to use the pull out which was infested with bed bugs unfortunately. The staff were excellent and promptly moved us but the damage was already done. So, awful property, wonderful employees.

Nice rooms for families. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds and pull-out couch. You also get a fridge microwave and dishes. The breakfast was nice. Not a bad gym a was well the pool was ok if there was a hut tub would be nice :) over all really nice place.

It was just as we expected, clean and quiet. What I did not like is, my family and I would go down like just an hour before breakfast finish and some of the items, like bacon eggs fruits would be finish and they won’t replenish it
