Check in was fast, place is nice but there is no sound proof at all. Our second night was terrible kids running all night on second floor and then up running again around 7am. The place is clean but to be honest my first and last time there.

We loved that it had a pool and hot tub. Not sure why the Sauna would not turn on though. As we brought our three grandkids it was an extra lovely bonus to have a continentel breakfast included. We definatly would go again if we get the chance.

our stay was terrible because of noise.. there were lots of kids in our level and bunch of kids in second level and they made noises till midnight. Breakfast was very very basic too. property was very clean and organized

I had really really high expectations going into my stay here, since the reviews are glowing. I’ll start with the pros: - extremely clean property, this is one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in this price point. - pool is wonderful, very quiet, clean, and you can watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. - complimentary pop was a nice touch The cons: - I didn’t find the staff were kind. I was alone with my kids, they didn’t offer to help me when I was struggling with bags, I found every encounter was very curt and short and if I asked for something (like garbage bags) it felt like I was an inconvenience. - the soundproofing is atrocious. I could hear every step above me. I could hear a baby crying through the walls, people walking down the halls. I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve never ever experienced this. We were also on the first floor facing the parking lot, which has bright lights and just felt weird because I didn’t want to open the curtains (at one point I did, and then a man stood at the window talking loudly on his phone). - the breakfast was fine, the kids loved having fruit loops every morning

If you have active kids this hotel is perfect for you. Basketball court, tennis court, large grassy lot for soccer and an indoor pool and hot tub. Very clean and well maintained, rooms and beds were great. Only downside but could also be an upside is it located 5k from Goderich so nothing to do close to the hotel. Breakfast was free and enough to get you going but you won't leave full.

We had a great stay at Dreamz Inn. Check-in was quick and easy; fitness room, pool, hot tub and sauna were used multiple times by our family during our stay. Breakfast was simple but had many good options and was a great amenity. Grounds are beautiful, the adults found a quiet comfy corner to read while the kids used the basketball and tennis court. We will definitely be back!

Wow! What a gem of a hotel. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this hotel is run with the highest standards in mind. It is beyond clean and full of extra little touches, like the plush robes, slippers, and fire place in the room, that make it feel like a luxury stay. The hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and attentive to your needs. The grab and go breakfast was just right (fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, etc.) and the coffee is pretty decent! There is a ton of beautiful outdoor green space to enjoy (along with lovely outdoor seating), plus rare amenities like a basketball court. The pool area is terrific and everything feels new and well-cared for. We (and our kids) can't wait to stay again!
