The service was amazing Beds hard as rock, backs were sore. Even for the children. My son said the floor was more comfortable We had main street building, the LED sigh so bright even though blinds were closed the room was lite up. Parking was a mess, it is public parking. There should be at least 1 spot per room reserved for hotel guest. We had to park at the main hotel and walk to our building down the street. No where to sit outside of the build to enjoy the evening. Other than walking up to the main building. Love Grand Bend!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got there early on a busy weekend and they were still able to get us into our room ahead of time. The nightly fire pits and roasted marshmallows were a nice surprise for the kids.

The hotel is only in its 2nd summer of being open, so everything is practically new! The location is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, the pressure in the shower was amazing, it was clean, and rrlaximg. Theu have solo stove firepitd on the patio that get lit every night. There are common areas for you to sit outside and relax by yourself, or mingle with other guests. Its kid friendly, but also a great place to get away without the kids. And the staff was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Grand Bend. My husband and I were able tog et away for a night because Gramma had the kiddos, but we enjoyed it so much we are bringing our girls back with us next time!

As a family with an infant, I'm really glad we chose this location to spend the night. The staff was so accommodating to our baby, the check-in was seamless and the room was very clean. There's free coffee to enjoy in the beautiful lobby along with a nice patio where they turn on the fire pit when the weather is nice. Shout out to Deborah for being so caring and kind!

This hotel was amazing! We spent 2 nights at the Tower Suite with 2 Kings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The is a brand new hotel so it was very clean and modern. The King beds were so big and comfortable that I had the best sleep. Very close and walking distance to Grand Bend Beach. The roasting of marshmallows was such an added bonus for the adults and kids! Will definitely come back next summer.

I would like to report that our four-night stay was very unpleasant. During our first night, we were awakened by construction noise early in the morning - nowhere in their reservation and marketing was info that there was a major construction project next door. During the next two nights, the room next to us, had a party and played loud music for several hours until midnight keeping our family awake. Then the final night, another nearby room had another party starting at 2:00 AM with loud booming music. My wife observed the security man or night manager very timidly and with huge reservation knocking on the offender's door very gently. Another guest also entered the hallway and they were furious about the loud music. Then there was the issue of construction noise every morning during our stay. In the morning, I reported our awful experience to the front desk - who said that she was powerless and that I had to speak with the manager. When I asked her to contact the manager, the front desk didn't know when she would come in and they seemed reluctant to contact the manager - I think they should have contacted management right away, but instead tried to brush me off. Instead of having a restful, pleasant family vacation, we were given noise filled sleepless and uncomfortable stay. Maybe the message has gotten out that this hotel tolerates loud music and parties. I sent several emails to the manager, but no reply.

Nice, clean and updated property. Staff is really polite and helpful. Only downside is that most rooms back to the common areas which have chairs and tables, so people stay outside chatting and it makes it really hard to sleep, there was a large group right outside our room until 3am, so we didn’t get any sleep at all, but guess that is just the way the hotel is built and not much the staff can do about it, just something to consider, specially if travelling with kids. Other than that, great experience.

I love that they’ve partnered with Tru-earth for their bath products…clean, utilitarian. Patio is nicely appointed but not much of an area for young kids to hang in…
