Staybridge Suites Oakville, an IHG Hotel

Amazing hotel the rooms are very nice and clean and the kids had their own bathroom and bedroom, that in itself was amazing and the price was very reasonable.

Staff was very nice and having breakfast included was a plus, it is a great affordable place for families. The room needed more attention, housekeeping would be nice every other day.

It was in a decent location. The room size also good with kitchen facilities, which is helpful with children. The breakfast was routine, I cannot say it was very good, but okay. But the staff was very good.

My toom was not clean , found empty drink under couch while i was trying to find the tv remote that was not in out room a staff brought when up when we called . The room had bed bugs. I seen one and killed in . My family and i woke up with bites all us, it’s disgusting. I am very upset

We stayed for 1 night since we had a wedding near by. The room was small but more than enough for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the rooms could use some upgrades but still completely fine definitely wouldn’t stop me from not staying there again. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice the kids enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

It's right off the highway so very convenient. The breakfast was included and it had a good selection. The room was very clean. My husband and I stayed there but it is very family and dog friendly. During the weekend it was very busy with families but during the week it was much quieter. Good value. I would stay there again.

Not quiet...was very loud and way too many kids Also had a bad expierence with another guest kept up at night and woken in morning by cursing and screaming....they did however re emburse me for the trouble whi h was ni e...

The hotel was conveniently located near where we needed to be. The suite had two bedrooms one king size bed and two double beds which was a perfect size for our family of five. Also had a kitchenette with a large fridge which is excellent. Room was clean and comfortable enough however some cos: furniture is super old and couch sank down when sitting on it, all three tvs are too complicated to operate with the three different remotes and an antiquated tv system, the bathrooms were clean enough however the tubs are showing their age and the hardware is falling out of the walls plus the ceiling was leaking. Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was ample and generous with great offerings and very decent coffee and the kids loved the fresh waffles. The pool was a great distraction for the kids perfect size and super clean, the gym was good, the laundry on site is a great help especially for us with kids. Overall a great stay and would stay there again but they knew to do some upkeep of the property and the furnishings.

Place is well located. We were unfortunate to have been there during the stay of a soccer team kids and their parents. Had to wait 55 mins for check in since guests keep coming and trying to find rooms with the operator who was in front of us. Hotel was not staffed for such a large crowd. Quite noisy with kids running around. Otherwise place was good. Decent sized room and breakfast. Well situated and close to the highway.

This property was a good fit for our family. We had the two bedroom suite, great for a family of four. The room was of good size with a well enough equipped kitchen. It was very quite, even with the proximity to the freeway. Breakfast was above par and the staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. The hotel was very close to the train station which made traveling into downtown Toronto a snap. But... The room was very run down. Carpet in the room and hallways was in poor condition, with may areas that it was pulling up. The sofa in the room looked like it was picked from the garbage. And there were areas of mold in the bathroom. This could be a great hotel with a remodel, or at least a refresh.
