Overall it was decent. There was only one front desk worker that just had an attitude. But the other ones were amazing. There isn't a lot around that's really walking distance just a couple fast food options. They have free breakfast that's pretty cool but if you want anything decent you gotta get up really early. The pool is very nice it's small but the floors are extremely slippery even just walking slow you slide. They also keep the air conditioning on it there so you are shivering the second you get out. I really liked the hotel. I didn't appreciate the rude neighbors that just let their kids run free through the halls then try to curse me out for blowing my nose because she could hear it through the wall.

The staff was extremely fabulous from their manager down to his staffs, specially Susan,...and the rest Mackenzie and Gabby. They treated us like a family so we fill safe during our two months stay (4 days a week). They even gave us this chocolate, sweet as they are.

The room was very clean with lots of towels for the swimmers! Pool was amazing for kids and adults. Elevators busy but steadily available. Lots of families but still quiet at night. Front desk staff always pleasant/helpful/available. Only would suggest more comfortable chairs for dining room (food great, staff great to help).

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and the slide was fun, even as an adult! My only issue is that the walls seem paper thin. There are signs all around saying that the halls are quiet areas, but several parents allowed their children to run up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night, sometimes at 3AM, yelling and making tons of noise. The quiet times do not seem enforced.

We had a lovely stay the breakfast is really good and our suite was very nice too. I just didn’t like the open concept of the jacuzzi tub as my fiancé couldn’t bath because our child was with us. Also we had some issues trying to get the tub started and it had to be reset quite a few times. Overall though we had a great time

There was a damp smell in the room when we arrived, and it stayed throughout. I realized after the kids had fallen asleep that what I smelling was wet dog. Not a pleasant smell.
