This is a child friendly and pet friendly resort with great golf amenities. What would make it really five star would be better menu and service in the restaurants. We would come back, though !

This resort was fantasic. It was our first time travelling with 2 young kids and they really enjoyed the pools. Our room was also great having 2 kids. We stayed in a junior suite, highly recommend

Pros: Lots of space and grass to walk dog. Nice views of water. Cons: I find it very expensive for what you are getting. Way out dated rooms. Carpets are old and need changing. Beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are all to be changed as your head splits right in middle and you have no neck support. The bathroom flushes very loud, has a loud squeal, so not ideal if baby is sleeping. Couches are horrible and have no material left in seat cushion. You sink way down and its very difficult to get back up. Here comes the back pains. The tv in living room of junior suite is misplaced. Its to the right of couch and should be swapped to the left with other desk. The door to walk outside has barely enough room to open and hits he desk often. The other big thing is there are no doors which open with push of button. Really not convenient with a baby in stroller. There is no ventilation in hallways except for 2 windows in the end. So if its hot, the hallway feels like a sauna. Need to have some sort of better ventilation than just 2 windows. To sum it all, this place needs a major update on a lot of items. The views are great and lots of place for dogs to walk around. But this just does not make it worth the amount paid for just for a view and ZERO comfort in bed or on couch and old bathroom, carpet and no cutlery provide in junior suite which is odd with all the drawers around the living room sink. Knock off at least $60/night and maybe would consider staying again.

Staff was great. Loved the restaurant and pool bar. Staff is their best assist. Friendly and hard working. Maintenance department requests go unanswered. It took several days to get a light bulb replaced. They never came to fix the toilet, I had to eventually do it myself. The pool deck is old and can cause slivers in your feet. We observed 3 children get them. They keep tweezers in the pool bar as this is must happen often. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned and the bed made. They will give you a piece of paper in checkin saying they will make the bed every 3 days. Nothing to do with covid. Cost cutting in my opinion. It’s not that the staff won’t do it, they are told not to.
