Travelodge Suites by Wyndham New Glasgow

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a family event. When we arrived we were told everyone was on the 3rd.floor, but our booking wasnt. Without hesitation our friendly front desk rep (Deanna) easily and happily moved.us up to be close to family. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and close proximity to all amenities! Definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here several times and am very happy with it. Staff is great, rooms are clean and spacious. It's my home away from home when I visit my kids.

We thought that this property was clearly older and could use some updates but nothing that kept us from enjoying our time. The breakfast was good but because of the tight spot for fixing your food and sitting, it would get crowded. There needed to be more options for pancakes or waffles because the automatic machine was great but slow. The staff was fine but never made attempts to interact with our family like they would other guest, wondering if that had anything to do with being from the US?!

Had to wait for 15 minutes well the person behind me cut in line to get a key card for the gym that they couldnt use because only one person per time. Checking in. Had teenagers runing up and down the hallways banging on the door repeatly until 2300. Whi h is fine they are kids but still wpuld have liked a peaceful night. Music in the room across the hallway woke us up at 2am that was fun. Then 0500 the kids were back at running up and down the hallways. We were in a non smoking room on the third floor yet every 30 minites you would get a good smell of cigarettes smoke smell throighout the whole room. I completely understand kids wanting to run around that not an issue. The issue was that it was non stop. I just wanted a peaceful night away for my first time in New Glasgow. Will not be coming back.
