Good stay at the Hollis. Spacious one bedroom suite which suited our family. Great location to waterfront activities. Kids loved the pool.

To start there was no heat. It’s 5 degrees outside bit turned off the heat so had two very loud portable heaters to make it tolerable. The room is not fully clean. The many surfaces have markings and stickiness from food and drinks and even after three nights they were never wiped down. They tolerate kids running around at all hours of the night slamming doors. The hot tub is non functional and the restaurant has limited selection but food is good. Their prices are within the local market which is why i was surprised to see a 4$ perperson charge for coffee at breakfast especially when it is free in the lobby and my wife does not drink coffee. I felt ripped off. There is a lot better for the price in this city.

Terrible employees, who were no where around to help, because they were smoking weed instead of working. We went there for the pool and hot tub with the kids. Neither one was working According to some other unhappy guests so we never went swimming. The room was dirty and full of other people’s food and chips on the floor etc. there was no heat in the room and the wife and kids had to shiver in their jackets Extremely uncomfortable pillows

The rooms were huge! Great for a family with a separate living room area. Great service from the front desk. Dinner at the restaurant was a bit lackluster but breakfast was great!

The staff were amazing. Room was clean, and comfortable. With kids met all our needs, and then some. They even offered the kids warm cookies when we got there. Definitely a pleasure to stay! Thanks Hollis Hilton!!

The suite was very spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect; nice and close to the waterfront, the citadel, and downtown restaurants. Our kids loved having the pool and hot tub, as well. Parking is not on site, but very manageable.

The AC was broken down and it was extremely hot on the 8th floor. They said they would bring a fan, but when we got to our room, they said they had run out of fans. We are a family of 5, who had to evacuate our homes (like countless others) so other hotels were all completely sold out. Otherwise, we would have left. The couch in the room was filthy. The elevator broke down We found different accommodations and left early the next morning No compensation for our $500 stay. I would never stay here again, or recommend it!

was a very nice room , the pool was warm and clean ,was bot happy with the group of 10 men in the pool room drinking and being rude , swearing and what not around my nephew , its not a home pool so I expect some noise but they were so loud my mom had to leave the pool , there are cameras in their yet no one came to tell them not to drink or dive into a 5 foot pool with kids around . somw men never grow up haha which is just fine . next time we will stay at a more family friendly location.

Great stay! Room was great specially with a baby. Lots of room and ability to have se perdre bedroom really was useful! Great views of the harbour! Would definitively stay again
