Four Points by Sheraton Halifax

Parking is a struggle if you don’t want to pay a ton extra but otherwise it is great location and nice family friendly place!

We travel with family plus a child, our stay was comfortable and room was clean and nice. Easy access to parking and hotel is so close to the waterfront. Staffs were nice and friendly. We didnt have any issues checking in.

Our family had a great stay. Latitude Lounge was a great spot for dinner at the end of the day.

The first 3 nights were awesome the last night was terrible kids left in a room alone with no parents played games yelled laughed unil after 1 am

The staff are all fantastic. Every single person I interacted with were amazing and I see them treating each other like family. It is a great energy!! Will definitely stay here again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. As many others stated, it's a great location near to the downtown and harbour areas. They did not change towels for our 3-night stay (except on request which is totally fine), yet the bathroom, which was really spacious, only had one towel bar about 3' wide, which made it difficult to hang and air dry towels. Glasses were disposable plastic. The hotel as a whole seemed drab and in need of refurbishing. As it's a part of the Marriott family of hotels, I was expecting a certain quality that I found lacking. On the positive side, we received excellent customer service from their staff member, Brandon, who went out of his way to help us out when we experienced difficulty with the pullout sofa. Also, front end staff was helpful in arranging for pick up at the airport on our arrival into Halifax. Lastly, we appreciated the continental style breakfast in the lobby.
