Nice clean hotel. Staff were excellent with the kids

Great hotel. Pool was lovely. Very kid friendly; daughters were given “ prince george” toy frogs and free freezies at check in. Room service was quick and priced the same as eating in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the hotel was packed with children running up and down the halls/adults and children sitting in the halls/children cartwheeling in the halls/children yelling. My husband and I booked a spontaneous date weekend. The reviews were great, so we chose this hotel. Clearly, we should have checked in with surrounding areas to look for any competitions/events. We were unable to use the pool/hot tub/sauna as the children were in it from dusk till dawn. We did try to go down around 9:30PM, thinking the children would be in bed. But it was still packed. We did try, but we just felt uncomfortable with the unattended children in the sauna with us. We were simply trying to have a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, we did not. We will not be returning. We paid a good amount of money, so we are incredibly disappointed. We wish, upon check in, that we at least had a heads up. We would have been willing to pay extra to be on another floor. Don’t get me wrong. I can’t fault children, for being children. They were having a great time. We simply would have stayed elsewhere, or paid extra to be on a different floor, had we known.

Staff were incredible with every interaction. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome including remembering children’s names and asking how they were enjoying themselves. Breakfast was lovely as always. Only wish is that Aveda products were offered throughout not just around the sink.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and had a great time. I was very disappointed with the security staff this visit. We were by the pool watching the kids swim acting very responsibly and had a beverage in a travel mug and he demanded that we leave. There was no reason to embarrass the group. I won’t be going back if I can’t take a travel mug to the pool. Others also had beverages but didn’t ask them to leave. Paying 250$ a night and the guests should be able to relax and have a nice time.

The property is located near the ocean downtown. My family and I love getting up early to have coffee and taking a walk near the water.

This was our first visit and we were blown away! The staff were so welcoming and happy! We chose to do the valet parking well worth the extra $10. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. We had an excellent mothers day buffet breakfast amd again, the service was top notch. It is not often you see consistent smiles amongst staff. The management js clearly doing something right here! We brought our fur baby with us and upon check in were given the sweetest gift bag, full of dog treats and poop bags. Such a nice little touch! If you are ok the fence about booking this hotel jump off and jump into an amazing experience. You will not be disappointed! I should also mention that the hotel is well within walking distance to loads of restaurants, shops and the harbour front. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you so much for all of the hospitality!

Being provided a beach ball at reception was great for our young family - our son & daughter greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area.

Great spot, close to amenities and attractions. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. A great place for families, kids loved the pool!

Great overnight stay, well located and great service. The kids loved the freezie tickets. Enjoyed a evening drink in the patio to top off the evening.
