It's our first time checking in this property and absolutely loved it.. will definitely coming back as its just across the outlet mall and lots of resto/store to choose from.. will love to stay longer next time.. this is my family's top choice of "go to" staycations from now on.😊

The property is close to everything from eating places, grocery stores, convenience stores, outlet mall, dollar rama, Walmart. Perfect location. Nice hotel. Only downside for me was i selected it to take my grandkids swimming and the pool was closed the entire stay.

Toilet bowl was clogged in the morning, wanted to call receptionist but kids still sleeping. Carpet floors inside the room has stain same as sofa and tv cabinet, not a lot but those stains looks dirty. Service is okay, food breakfast is fine.Overall, experience is not that good, it was just okay.

This was our second time at this property and we got the exact same room, nice little detail from the staff. The Rec Room, next doors is a Good place for the whole family both for good food and lots of fun. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly, it was my birthday celebration & they gave me a small gift/snacks, a little surprise in our room. It’s close to everything, kids enjoyed as it was a walking distance from the rec room. I would stay again!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Hyatt hotel cause near at all facility we want to go to. And also all the staff are nice and always smile. And breakfast so good. Keep up the good work.
