It was as usual amazing from the staff and service. There’s many reasons why I only stay here. They treat me like family when I stay there.

Room was nice, unfortunately 1 elevator was down for the first of 2 days. Not a huge problem except for a rude family piling into the elevator from the pool before I was able to exit it. Dinner day 1 was excellent, we were tired and did not want to go out.

We made a weekend trip to Winnipeg to visit family and wanted to stay close to shopping as well. It was a great place to stay, quiet, comfortable beds, ample parking and very close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and staff were pleasant.

Restaurant and staff are amazing Pool And hot tub are terrible.. does not fit the high standards of Hilton No sticky strips in showers or pool area to prevent falling. Hot tub fits 4 kids under 10 comfortably,, can’t imagine this is the pool that was envisioned in 2017 Complete retro fit or redo is needed

The walls are very thin. Woken up by stomping above us one morning. Husband woken up by kids noise 2:30 am another morning. Breakfast not worth 16.99 unless you order the made to order. The buffet is no different from those offered for free at other hotels.

It was a lovely stay. Close to an outlet mall if you like shopping. Staff were great and the buffet breakfast was good to start the day off. If I was visiting family again in Winnipeg I would stay there again.

Our stay was great! Other than the multiple hockey teams unsupervised in the pool area, fitness center and running wild throughout the hotel it was very nice. We had our daughters 10th birthday party and thought with 4 extra kids it was going to be an issue we were quiet compared to other guests!
