Best Western Plus Dauphin

The room is big enough for a family of four but it was quite noisy at night. Their coffee from the coffee machine was excellent with lots of choice. Service was good but for the breakfast, I would recommend only the waffles.

Fabulous breakfast and the hotel was great with our pets. The outside sitting area with bbq was a great area. The kids loved swimming and the slushy machine. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We had a big, spacious room which was great for our family of 4! Our kids loved the waterslide and overall was clean and great service!

Everything was wonderful, the hot tub was hot and relaxing, kids had fun on the waterslide. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. Room was spacious and clean.

Our family stayed there and we ended up getting sick while travelling. We called front desk to inform them and they had masks and breakfast sent up to the room. They where very calm and compassionate with our situation.

Overall a very nice hotel. Bedrooms were very clean, breakfast service was top notch. Nice water slide and pool area. Pet area was well maintained and pet fee was better than average. If travelling with a pet, this is a great place to stay. Only complaint is that there seems to be something off with the pool. I assume it’s over chlorinated but don’t know. My lungs were burning after an hour in the pool, my wife wasn’t even in the water and her eyes were burning. We had to cut our time in the pool short because my son couldn’t stop coughing. I overheard someone else complaining about their kids getting rashes after the pool and management seemed completely dismissive. I tried to back her up and again the management just didn’t seem to care. 10/10 if they deal with the pool. 7/10 as is. Honestly, we likely wouldn’t stay again simply because of the issues with pool and it doesn’t seem like they have any intention of looking into the issue.
