The hotel is new and clean and have a nice breakfast, I would stay here again and I can recommend it to my family and friends.

Our room 204 had severe mould on the ceiling by the entry. There was bubbling from water damage on the ceiling and wall. The smell was terrible. We have 2 children of the age 5 and under which poses a severe health issue for them. Both Faifeild and Ramada were fully booked as we had pre paid for the room already. We gave staff time to figure out a solution. They found us another room on the same floor.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a 9 day road trip Problem was we arrived a day early and booked at the Ramada next door for one night , then the Fairfield for 2 . Oddly the Ramada was more comfortable( way more comfortable) , friendly staff better breakfast preparedness ???? So staying at Fairfield I wasn’t worried as have stayed at Fairfield’s before and Marriott hotels in general across Canada , u.s. and Europe . This one has a management problem or they are trying to make do with out : Adequate staff and training , hand sanitizer , housekeepers , breakfast attendants front end staff . If you can’t service the client don’t invite guests or clients to rent the spaces . Last note : the sofa “ bed” is a thin Matt needed 3 blank eats folded so children couldn’t feel the sorings

The hotel and the room were clean modern. The staff was extremely helpful. The included breakfast had good variety. All family enjoyed the stay and would recommend this to others.

Good for family trip and enjoyed outdoor hot tub
