Excellent place to stay with family; the resort is so so comfortable and clean!! Will come back if we visit this area in the future!

It’s a good place for family

Loved the property. Very beautiful and well maintained. The only missing thing was escalator or some help for carrying bags. We had senior citizens and kids with us and were coming back from 7 days road trip, so had a lot of baggage. We had a hard time carrying everything on our own to a floor above.

Very smooth and efficient check-in and Check-out procedures. We booked this last minute and it was hassle-free. Everything was very clean and well organized. Hot tub was very clean and temperature was perfect. The views are amazing. We have 2 young kids (ages 3 and 5) and it is definitely very family friendly - we love how they had a patio and lawn space for them. They had lawn games available at the front desk to borrow. Every detail was paid attention to. Beds are also very comfortable. Our kids on the sofa bed and they slept well! We hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

Cleanliness was great,didnt like the size of bedroom and no closet option, dining space rarely had any storage area left to keep dry foods,staff was friendly but used to send late night text randomly regarding parking lot issue or stuff borrowed within knowing who to send text. Otherwise quiet clean family friendly space.

Me and my friend’s family booked this hotel as a stop for our trip from Vancouver to Banff. Before we head off, there was a ban of unnecessary travel towards Kelowna and Kamloops released by the government due to the severe wildlife throughout BC. There were road blocks on our way to Revelstoke. We have 4 elders and 3 3 year old. Considering the hidden danger of this trip we decided to call it off. We made calls to all the hotels we booked (even hotels in Alberta which is another province )and they all agreed to refund our money back except this hotel. The reason this hotel’s manager gave us was “We won’t accept the refund cuz the wildlife doesn’t affect us here and you can still find a way to get to us.” What we supposed to do, just risk our family’s life just to stay at ur hotel?This kind of response was extremely irresponsible as a business operator. Just so every future customer knows, this hotel values its business profits over people’s life safety.

It was like a home away from home, clean, neat, modern and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay with the family.

I am always enjoy my stay at Basecamp. This particular stay I did not have any hot water which was not fun when I had three kids to shower! I will keep staying at Basecamp because they are in the best location in Revelstoke and their rooms are very clean.
