Good place, but the breakfast area is not well managed and tables are left dirty, for weekends maybe they need to bring more staff for all the big familieis whose kids are making a mess 🙂

Building is great. Specialty coffee machine in lobby excellent perk. Good gluten free options and attention at breakfast. Pool was fabulous until a known guest freaked out on our kids who were having fun but well behaved. Apparently splashing and laughing aren’t permitted at that pool. Disappointed that a family friendly hotel wasn’t friendly to ours kids. Apparently this is a long term guest so we will skip this hotel next time although it was great in every other way.

We have driven across the country from Nova Scotia. We are travelling with a small dog and this has been the nicest, cleanest most pet friendly hotel we have stayed in! There was even a welcome gift for our fur baby which included treats, poop bags, temp dog tag, and the proceeds from the hotel’s purchase of the welcome gift go to SPCA💕 Also, great breakfast, comfortable beds, good shower and great amenities iverall

The shower floor was dirty and the property had many kids running around, running in hallways and knocking on doors all hours of the night. Kids jumping in pool from hot tubs and unsupervised Will not be back.

We usually stay at the Ramada in Revelstoke when we come to visit family. This time we chose Best Western because we could bring our again dog. We loved out stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. The morning breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the bed was comfy.

I loved the outdoor pool for the kids and the two hot tubs! It was a nice surprise that breakfast was included. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of free parking. Location is great! I also liked that I could book an extra cot so my kids weren’t fighting over bed space. The only thing I didn’t like was waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours past check in time because our room wasn’t ready. Although the staff were very friendly and tried their best to get it ready as fast as possible.
