Great place to stop with young family

We always feel welcome at this property. It's our stop between our home and the kids in Alberta.

My family and I had an excellent stay in this dog friendly hotel. After staying in different hotels across Canada the past 2 months, we rated this hotel the best. Second is The Hilton Garden in Mississauga, Ontario, third place is all the Hampton Inn we stayed in. My only request is to have the same pillows as the Hilton. We will surely stay in this hotel again.

We stayed at the Coast HillCrest Revelstoke, BC with our daughter and grandkids, and we enjoyed the clean room and the amazing restaurant food on site! We would stay here again, but upgrade to a balcony with a view room next time!

Everything was beautiful and the staff was very friendly to us and our fur baby.

Working Vacation road trip stop - great family & pet friendly accommodation. Very attentive and friendly staff. Was our first time travelling with our infant and we also had our dog. I discussed this with the staff upon booking and they made sure we were in a very accessible room. Room was comfortable. Staff were great. We had breakfast and enjoyed it. Our room had a nice little garden view which we liked. Nice and quiet. Will definitely be a hotel our family returns to as I have to work in the area every few months.

The room was very comfortable, spacious for 3 people. Very nice shower. No traffic noise.we will stay here again, family live close by.

Very accommodating for dogs and their families!

I understand that with Covid, not everything is running smoothly. However, we were never offered the option of fresh towels during our three night stay, nor were we given coffee refills for our room. The coffee might not have been a big deal if the breakfast was included. Also the hot tub was incredibly small, limiting capacity to 2 occupants if not from the same party which gave us the inability to use it as any time we tried it was always at capacity. I feel that if the tiny hot tub could be open, the gym should have been open as well but this was not the case. The restaurant in the hotel was alright for breakfast, however, was severely overpriced with very few options for supper. We ordered a caesar salad and steak bites to share for supper. The steak bites were $15 and came with three pieces of meat and two baby potatoes which were under cooked. On the plus side, the room was very clean and having laminate floors instead of carpet is a huge plus in my opinion as I feel it is more sanitary. We had a nice view from our window, but unfortunately no balcony. Well, we did have a balcony but it opened overlooking the lobby so clearly it did not get used.The shower was quite nice in our room - spacious, clean with good water pressure. Overall I don't think it was worth the dollar value.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Pretty clean. Lots of space for little kids. AC was a little loud and so we had to turn it off for the night.
