Not sure if it was because we booked with hotels.com but we were put into a small, poorly designed room, right next to a family of 6 with very noisy children. For the hotel to save money, they only provide room servicing every few days.

Overall a nice resort with outdoor and indoor pools/hot tubs. The pool area was very busy during our stay in the summer, which is understandable. Lots of families with young children running around. May not be fun for older couples looking for a peaceful get away. Our room was nice but the screws for the towel rack were coming out. We notified the front deck.

We really liked the resort we thought it was very mountain chic and the room was a good size. All the staff were friendly and the pools were awesome. Our first night however the unit beside us was sooo loud we had to call the front desk, they didn't settle down until after 1am and then were up and loud again by 6/7am. We asked the next morning if we could switch rooms and the lady, Marjorie I believe, at the front desk was extremely accommodating. We moved that morning and had amazing sleeps the next 2 nights. Because many of their rooms adjoin for families the smaller room (standard queen) is VERY loud because the kitchen of the bigger unit is right beside the adjoining door which provides no noise barrier and because its tile on the other side the sound is amplified. We were also happy at how welcome pets were. This is a great spot, the resto is even great - Rizz was lovely to deal with at breakfast every morning!

This place is great for a larger family. We stayed in a 2x bedroom suite with kitchen. It was overall a nice unit. Ours had a few minor issues like the Dishwasher was poorly installed and made allot of noise. The microwave also made some odd sounds. The building had 6x luggage trolly carts for the whole building on a long weekend, they were in poor shape with low tires and carpet hanging off them. The Outdoor hot tub needs some TLC as well with loose or missing tiles. Only one elevator, so there can be long waits, so be prepared to use the stairs. All in all it was a great location and stay, I would recommend. Just know there is some room for improvement and to have realistic expectations when you arrive.

Was there with our four grown children and granddaughter. Staff was wonderful. Restaurant was really good. Rooms are needing some tlc and the beds were much to hard for everyone.

Disappointed at how noisy it was with young children running up and down the halls yelling until 10:45 pm and then started again at 6:30 am. Shower worked but tub didn’t. Waited for breakfast seating but left when nobody helped us, as did the couple us. Rather disappointed

The staff were great, but the standard room is quite small. We ate at the restaurant where the service was good and the food was decent. There was a hot water issue the weekend we stayed so one of the mornings of our stay the water was just warm. In terms of value for money, this place did not meet my expectations. This place is probably more suited to families and large groups because the loft suites looked spacious.
