This resort was humongous and has a lot of room. The rooms also have lots of free space and each room has two beds and a couch. The beds are fluffy and soft and the only thing that was not ideal is that the living room smelled like our car, but other than that, it was the perfect place to stay. The lodge also has a pool, a hot tub, a place to train kids to ski, a mini skiing area, and humongous place to ski that is bigger than the hotel itself.

this is a lovely resort with many amenities. It has nice suites for families. We were there in a shoulder season so there was no food on site which I did not know until I arrived. My main complaint is the mattress on the hide a bed was so bad neither myself or my granddaughter were able to get any sleep. The hide a bed was not made up and linens did not fit properly. I advised the person at the desk of my concerns and was told they were slowly replacing the mattresses. I asked that my room be prioritized for a new mattress

Our room was nice and spacious. The room with the king size bed was comfortable. The pull out bed could use a replacement mattress. The patio was large and great views. The pool and hot tub was a great place to relax and let the kids swim. The room itself was clean and having a kitchen was nice.

Staff are great, and the room was clean and a good size for a family of four. The only negative was that the pool and hot tub were down a couple of days. The location is perfect and the skiing is really family friendly. We will be back.

This property has an excellent location! I don’t usually ever complain but for $300/night I expect some little things! The room had just a two cup coffee maker and no extra coffee. No daily house keeping, actually zero house keeping in 5 nights. No one even took our garbage out. We had to put the full bag in the hall way and call for a new bag. No fresh towels in 5 nights either. The king bed was great but the hide-a-bed for the kids was unexceptable! The springs in the hide-a-bed were awful! The pillows were old and terrible! The kitchenette was hardly stocked with dishes at all. One frying pan. You had to cook breakfast in stages. Small things that all added up to a lot. Fantastic location but uncomfortable stay. Pretty basic stuff could have really improved the stay.

Disappointed. Came with my family after a year off. Lift is finally running. The skiing is great. Hotel is in rough condition. Rooms are getting old. Wallpaper bubbling and peeling old looking, walls are marked up. Sheets on the bed were ripped and in poor condition. The internet is terrible. You can ask for boosters but they are difficult. The swimming pool hot tub area has always been fun. However, this year one hot tub is not working. Jets in the other hot tub not working. None of this is shared until you arrive for your trip. So an entire hotel worth of guests are trying to use limited facilities. Makes for a poor experience. On the bright side snow was good.

Beautiful place to stay. Fun for the whole family. Stayed 3 nights but our room was never cleaned. Garbages never emptied. Had to constantly ask for clean towels and to refill our coffee on daily basis. Besides that it was amazing!!
