Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and comfortable. I miss having a bathtub, but the shower was OK. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel a server. There was on top of everything and made sure to provide a clean And organized Experience with a very friendly and helpful attitude. Nice common areas with tables and play area for kids Outside and pools. All at a very affordable price.

It's a very nice place to stay for people with children. Close to the beach, with an indoor pool if the weather is hot, and very pleasant staff. Well worth the money.

This hotel is great for kids. The indoor and outdoor pool are well maintained and both are a good size. The air conditioner worked well that our room was never hot. This hotel is in walking distance of skaha lake. Breakfast was awesome, lots of food and the waffles were excellent.

The breakfast bar was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay with a family and our pup.

We had stayed here several times in years leading up to Covid so it was so nice to be able to come back. The staff is friendly and accommodating, breakfast well-done with “real” scrambled eggs, rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained with all amenities thought of. I don’t feel like this should even need to be mentioned but we actually had four sets of towels for four people. I feel like 90% of the time in the States lately that we have fewer bath towels in the room than the number of people booked. It is very inconvenient to have to contact the front desk and wait 30 minutes for a towel to be delivered. Here we had everything we needed. We didn’t have housekeeping here during our 3 night stay but that was on us. Housekeeping keeping did check with us but my daughter chose to stay in the room all day with the Do not Disturb tag posted. This property is more like the road trip motels typical of the early through mid 20th century. It’s a great place for families to stay with its indoor and outdoor pools, grills and tree shaded lawn area. If you are looking for the sleek, modern, new, minimalist or hipster aesthetic this isn't it. If a great stay is on your agenda by all means check it out.

This property was great. Large play area in a centre outdoor courtyard. Perfect for families or get togethers. We just had a quick overnight stay, was clean, quiet and were able to park right outside our room.

We were very happy with this hotel. The pool and spa were great! the breakfast had many options including gluten free. It has a large grassy area with a BBQ and outdoor pool and playground. Great place for families!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. It 's a very good hotel and very helpful to us when travelling with our dog. Also, a very easy location to get to from highway 97. Only a block away from Skaha lake beach...very walkable. Thank you for a great stay again!

We felt like home here. Clean room and property. Breakfast was lovely with fellow travellers. A really pleasant experience. The pool was perfect temperature and nice and deep for a perfectly executed cannonball for the kids. Things could use a bit of updating though. My first recommendation is to put opaque film on the windows in the shower which faces the parking area. Very awkward to have people in the parking area outside see your naked silhouette in the shower!! seriously. Good fire escape though. If the price stays right, we will make penticton BW our home away from home while visiting the area.
