Took the kids and dog for an overnight stay. The hotel was in a great location, super friendly and helpful with great amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

There were a couple of nights that it was a bit noisy but the front desk staff took care of it right away. Granddaughters were a bit disappointed that the waffle makers were out of order. It would have been nice to watch some TV . There was only 1 channel that sort of had children shows on but not very often. Lots of sports channels. Not really geared for families....mostly business people.

Property was great and clean, easy to locate. Staff were so friendly and polite and welcoming!! So friendly they would try to contact us twice a day asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was awesome (other than the veggies patties) they had a variety each day which was nice as we stayed there for a week. My kids and husband loved the pool and splash park, super clean and we usually had it to ourselves.

We were welcomed by a huge smile from the sweetest receptionist that I’ve ever met. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are amazing, the room was clean, the pool & splash park inside are fantastic! If you have a family don’t go anywhere else! Loved our stay!

We were a party of four attending a family reunion in Kelowna. We booked a suite which was perfect because it gave us space and comfort to meet up and visit. Breakfast, while basic, was perfectly acceptable. Relatively new facility, clean, modern and comfortable. Recommended, esp for families and larger groups.

I love how you have dining options around. The pool was really fun with all the kids slides and play area. Impeccable room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.

I have never stayed at this hotel before. I was there by myself for a working weekend. The good. 1) newer hotel with great amenities 2) fantastic room 3) comfy bed 4) great breakfast 5) very close to dining options 6) easy parking 7) friendly staff The not so good. 1) noisy - lots of families with kids running up and down the hallway, yelling and jumping in their rooms 2) hotel was fully booked so was unable to get the room requested 3) the bathroom was mostly clean, but there was scum in the corners of the shower and bathroom floor 4) the shower head pressure was crap Overall a decent stay, but would not stay again if it was a working weekend.
