Our family room was descent. Blinds on window were quite dirty and there was no rod to open and close the blinds. Otherwise it was great! My sister's room was very small and needed some upgrades. Cupboard door missing, no bathroom sink, very small.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, always found it clean and usually friendly, this time however when we were in the *OPEN* club house, the 'management' charged in demanding to know "Who gave us permission to be there." A softer approach might have been in order or a Not Available sign or perhaps even having the doors locked would have worked better . . . especially as we were a group of middle 50's & 70 something years old, not children. Perhaps someone was having an off day, otherwise a great stay.

Easy check-in. We received a message that our room was ready for check in earlier than expected which was very much appreciated as we had been travelling several hours with a baby. The room was quaint and cozy.

Amazing family suite, close to the city of Oliver. Parking was in front of unit. Staff were very helpful with early check in. Super clean, fresh and bright unit. Easy access to the KVR trail for cycling, wineries and Papas Bistro Pub. We will definitely come back and let our friends know about your place.
