The Cove Lakeside Resort

Perfect venue for our little family vacation!

If I will be honest... Starting with the booking, it was quite difficult to be talking to them because they do not take notes. I will have to call few many times to make sure everything is smooth when we check in, considering we booked 3 (2bedroom) rooms... As for the inside of the suite I've seen molds in some bowls in the cabinet, some plates and pots and pans were not washed properly you can see the residue of the foods that was cooked there. The carpet was so dirty and needs cleaning. The sofa needs to be cleaned too.. It was too sticky... We used some sheets to cover we were grossed out by it. The whole unit needs a good upgrade and cleaning!!! The Coffee machine was not working for almost 2 days until we demanded to replace it because no one pays attention to it. Asked us to keep on rebooting it while it need a replacement. The only good thing here is the location (close to everything) and the pool which our kids enjoyed full day of our 2nd day. The staff needs improvement. Some are ok and smilling.

Great for families! The private beach and slide/pool was a hit. Its a beautiful property and has great areas to walk including a playground for the kids. BBQs on site for use as well. Only downside the pool does get quite busy and gets difficult to find chairs but understandable in the busy season!

Super beautiful location. Family of 27 enjoyed the resort with so much to do to keep the kids and adults entertained. The pool slide was a hit for kids and adults

Property was great location by the lake with great views and lots of insuite amenities...too bad the swimming pool was outdoors, but it was winter season. Only issue is sofa bed is very hard and springy, luckily our young kids didnt mind.

The Cove is a great place to stay in Westbank, we had a lovely time. Our 2br/2ba lake view suite was perfect for our family of four. Beds were overall fairly comfortable and the unit was spacious and felt clean. The kitchen was a little lacking in terms of equipment/tools, but that’s to be expected. Next time I would bring a mixing bowl or two and a decent kitchen knife. Otherwise, it was great. The restaurant on site was quite good. Unfortunately not open for breakfast- only brunch on weekends. The lakeshore rentals place was fantastic. Super easy and great staff. Overall, I’d highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing. We got a free room upgrade and it was outstanding. We will be bringing our family here soon. Or we may just enjoy it for ourselves. Thank you.

We had a beautiful stay and breathtaking views! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! The resort had a lot to offer. They had one restaurant and the food was delicious! I have a severe, not allergy and they were very accommodating. Look like they had a lot to do for children, we will definitely be back to take our family there.

Nice, big accommodating rooms. Very spacious. Walk out patio space on main floor was very nice. Perfect spot for larger family or couples travelling and staying together with separate bedrooms.
