The Cove Lakeside Resort

Property was great location by the lake with great views and lots of insuite amenities...too bad the swimming pool was outdoors, but it was winter season. Only issue is sofa bed is very hard and springy, luckily our young kids didnt mind.

This is a great resort for kids and family.

The Cove is a great place to stay in Westbank, we had a lovely time. Our 2br/2ba lake view suite was perfect for our family of four. Beds were overall fairly comfortable and the unit was spacious and felt clean. The kitchen was a little lacking in terms of equipment/tools, but that’s to be expected. Next time I would bring a mixing bowl or two and a decent kitchen knife. Otherwise, it was great. The restaurant on site was quite good. Unfortunately not open for breakfast- only brunch on weekends. The lakeshore rentals place was fantastic. Super easy and great staff. Overall, I’d highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing. We got a free room upgrade and it was outstanding. We will be bringing our family here soon. Or we may just enjoy it for ourselves. Thank you.

We had a beautiful stay and breathtaking views! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! The resort had a lot to offer. They had one restaurant and the food was delicious! I have a severe, not allergy and they were very accommodating. Look like they had a lot to do for children, we will definitely be back to take our family there.

Nice, big accommodating rooms. Very spacious. Walk out patio space on main floor was very nice. Perfect spot for larger family or couples travelling and staying together with separate bedrooms.

Property was as advertised in a desirable location. Was close to many wineries and was quiet and safe. Could supply a few more items such as kitchen utensils, salt, pepper, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends.

This place does a really good job at giving you a resort vibe. There are large condo rooms complete with 2 bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen, balcony, and bbq. Our room was clean. the beds, and linens were comfy. The ensuite toilet clogged from a simple #1 flush, and badly. Called up the front desk asking for someone to come and unclog it. They sent me a plunger and left. I spent 25 minutes trying to plunge a toilet that was clogged due to a past guest without any luck. I called back and was told nobody could fix it until the next day. Not normally an issue but the other bathroom was located inside the second bedroom which was highly disruptive to that persons sleep. There are two heated pools with a fun waterslide. The children's pool has a maximum depth of 4 feet by the slide but mostly sticks between 3 and 3.5 ft deep. The pool shack offers towels, water toys, freezies, and water bottles which are included in your resort fee. The resort is also a residence with many summer and year round residence. While many of the residents were friendly we did overhear one exclaim that there were too many kids and the hotel wasn't charging enough...

Everything is right there. If you want to cook, BBQ, go out to eat. Many options available. Pool, hot tub, Spa, tennis courts. Lots of options to entertain you and your kids. Rey family oriented. We loved our stay.

Great property, clean room, amazing views. Staff at the front desk hate there job you can tell as soon as your greeted at check in. Asked for a late check out to accommodate our baby who was still sleeping. Micaela at the front desk called 3 times after late check out was up to make sure we “didn’t forget” and to “get out” we were literally on our way out. Just overall rude people and awful service which is unfortunate because it’s a nice property.
