Clean rooms, great dark out for sleeping. Surprisingly quiet for a main road. Great restaurant in hotel. Like 2 separate spaces if you have kids!

Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the layout of our room very much. Staff called us at 930pm telling us to make our kids be quiet when they had actually been in bed for over an hour. They didn’t inquire whether our kids were awake or what we were doing they instead accused us of Being loud and said “get ahold Of your situation”. It was very offputting. Then my husband stepped out of the room and the staff were outside our door listening. It was weird and uncomfortable.

Clean and flawless with beautiful updates. Absolutely loved the room layout with the central bathroom passage and bedroom on the other side from living space/sofa. When traveling with kids this was so nice. Excellent breakfast as well.

The room we had was the best we have ever had at a hotel for our family! I hope we can come back and reserve the same room in the future! Front on staff who checked us in were so kind and so helpful! Loved the extra chocolates for our kiddos!! We will come back!

Stayed here for one night, on our way to visit family for Christmas. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and modern, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of tasty food choices. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location for catching an early ferry. Comfortable beds, great dining options (including gluten free for the celiacs in the family), and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful day and evening and we slept like babies. The next day, my twin sister and I celebrated our 77th birthday, at a luncheon at Pat Quinn's restaurant. I will bring my daughter over from Qualicum the next time and stay to do some fall shopping at your new mall. Thanks Again. Diana
