Great location - and the junior suite lakeview had a great view with lots of room. Staff are clearly overworked - we didn't get a maid service in four days, and I we weren't welcomed once by the front desk while coming or going. There's posted rules of "one person or family" in the elevator at a time, which the guests all seem to be following, but on the only occasion we saw the maid service, two of them held the door to hop in the elevator with us.

The things our family liked the most about this property is that its easy to find, pet friendly and conveniently located. The only issue during our stay was an unexpected parking warning after registering for parking, but this was quickly resolved by staff.
