Awesome hotel for a family! They upgraded our room, and the pool/hot tub is really nice. Denny’s with room service in the hotel, and free laundry! We’ll be staying here whenever we visit from now on! Thanks!

The hotel itself is really nice, pool was a bit meh and I wish there was a free quick breakfast in the morning for when we are headed out for games. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Bit concerning that kids from our team were able to walk up to the front desk and ask for a keycard to room ... and they were just given a key, no names nothing. My daughter got one for what she thought was her friends room and walked into the room beside theirs, thank god no one was in it. The only complaint I have is how loud the traffic is and it is all night long.

This is a great hotel for families. The family suite with bunk beds is so useful!! The room was immaculate. The pool has the warmest water of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were very kind, and helpful. We would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

Comfy bed, quiet considering busy area. Very nice people on check-in and out. Close to Abbotsford airport and some restaurants within walking distance. My kids loved the pool. Will stay again!

Wish I would have known the hot tub and pool were going to be out of order. I stayed at this hotel about 3 weeks prior and booked there for those amenities for my family to use while I was in meetings. They had no pool to use or hot tub. The office desk would do nothing about it or offer a discount

Wasn’t happy with service , our room the smoke alarm kept beeping , pretty sure battery needed changed but the guy wouldn’t even come to check it out kept saying it’s not the fire alarm said it was the safe pretty sure was fire alarm lol standing right under it pretty sure no safe up on ceiling lol , they tried moving us to another room but it was already 10-11 by this time we were settled and I had my gkids so I didn’t want to be packing all our stuff back up. We have given them plenty of time to come up , we called them few times to see if he could at least come pull the battery but nope insisting it was a safe on ceiling lol
