Truly amazing family hotel. Pool with waterslide, hot breakfast, location is off the highway so absolutely no noise. Will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at the Hampton Inn! We were doing a long drive with a 5-year-old, and the room and beds were very comfortable. This hotel was particularly amazing because it had a fully indoor pool and hot tub, complete with a nice (super fast) slide. Everything was in great shape, and built with solid quality (better than certain "high end" hotels). I also have to compliment their inclusive breakfast - everything was made fresh, great quality and tons of choices. I've never seen my kiddo eat so much, and it really was delicious (again, better than any other inclusive breakfast I've ever tried!). The staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, I would hands down stay at this hotel again, it was fantastic!!

We generally had a great stay but the noise in the suite above us was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at any other hotel. 5-8 am it sounded like elephants were running the 5 steps back and forth non stop. Then that evening what sounded like a party going until midnight. But the pool and breakfast were amazing our kids had a blast.

Nice basic breakfast in the morning with eggs sausage, waffles fruit. They have a little pool with a really fast slide for older kids. Hot tubs set at about 102. Hotel is quite nice. A bit of a strange location but easy to get to from the highway. They take a $75 just in case charge for incidentals which is rather strange but hopefully they end up giving that back.

Hotel was tucked away but easy to locate. Check in was simple and the workers were friendly. I came just me and my baby and requested a crib before hand, which was waiting in the room for us. The room appeared clean, but there was a large amount of pet hair embedded into to carpets. My baby was covered just crawling around. The bed was very comfy but the comforter was awful. It had a scratchy pattern on the top that was so uncomfortable to sleep with. We used the pool which was a nice facility. Most likely would not return.

The hotel was clean and the bed was decent. When we checked in the woman at the front was really nice but our room keys didn’t work for our room. So we went back down and she said she reprogrammed them. We went back up and once again they didn’t work. So we went back down, same thing. Went back up and they didn’t work. This happened 3 times. So finally a maintenance worker came up and used his key to let us in. But that meant one of us had to stay in the room at all times otherwise we would have had to have someone come and let us in each time we left. SO inconvenient! This shouldn’t be an issue a guest has to deal with. They also brought us a crib for our baby. They didn’t give us a crib sheet, and sent a fluffy pillow and a big blanket (for a full size bed) for his crib.

The water slide was great the kids loved it!! Definitely a highlight for us. Our room was good but not cleaned well as we found garments left from previous guests in the room.

We spent a night here on our way home to Vancouver with our kids. Very good value for money. Clean room, comfy beds, and plenty of breakfast options for everyone. We loved the pool, waterslide and hot tub. Breakfast is served daily until 10am, and all of the staff we had contact with were friendly and respectful. Highly recommend for a family stopover.
