Just about perfect, however we might not stay here again. This is yet another hotel that has renovated for cleanliness and environmental factors by removing carpeting. We were lucky that the people in the room above us only came in and stomped around and dropped things on the floor from 11;00 until midnight. After that it was absolutely quiet until we left. Had it been a family with children, (as we experienced in other un-carpeted hotels), we might not have slept. I support the removal of carpeting BUT as we are an older couple, it would be nice to be reassured at the front desk that we are in a quiet wing. Quiet wings doesn't seem to be a policy at any of the mid-price hotel chains though, including Best Western.

The property was fine. There were children running and playing in the hall until after 10pm that night, but it quieted down after I called the front desk, so fine. The TV didn't work and the front desk said they could do nothing about it. That is not acceptable. When you are out of town it's nice to watch the news or a movie to unwind. A working TV is not an unusual expectation.

Breakfast that was offered was good. Parking lot layout good be a little better especially since it has two buldings and there is only one conecting spot. Also there is a school across the street and parents like tonuse some of the spots when picking up their kids, so at times there may be hard times finding spots to park

Bad experience that is too much to describe. Our room was absolutely filthy, and could not move because they were booked, it was midnight so we stayed . The pictures I took and shared with my family at home had them gasping. The property claims in renovation but if you look at reviews, it’s been going on for years. I hotel a lot, have been disappointed a few times as it happens but this was enough to request a refund. Still feel dirty from staying.

My kids and I were excited to stay here, however the room itself wasn't very clean and seemed like it needs to be renovated. The pictures depicted a much nicer and cleaner hotel. Customer service was good 👍

Our family was in town for a sporting event so we were not around much but the room was big , clean and the bed was comfortable . My husband enjoys the ac so I was able to get extra blankets very easy. The morning breakfast is great . Cereal , pancakes , toast , omelets , sausage , yogurt juices coffees and more . Would return for sure

Clean, but old and tired feeling. Toilet was built for children. Room felt boring and dated. Did the job for a night though.

It was great. We got the family suite with 4 queen size beds. The rooms were great, bed was comfy, clean, etc. great free breakfast. Would Definatly stay here again.

The single sofa bed was very uncomfortable and only suitable for a child as it was not a standard twin bed size.
