Red Lion Inn and Suites

Overall hotel was nice and staff was friendly. Room was mostly clean but the floor was not clean in the corners or under fixtures. Multiple pills and other stuff from previous stays were found in the nooks and crannies of the floor. The worst part was the suite we stayed in had a pull out couch/trundle or day bed which was wholly inadequate for anyone who is not a small child. Half of this “bed” was actually the seating surface of the couch. It was as uncomfortable as it can get. The couch itself was very worn out. The hotel had very limited parking which prioritizes its liquor store during daytime hours. At night I had to get our vehicle from the back lot which does not have access from the hotel and I encountered with my 6 year old a man who appeared on drugs or otherwise having a mental breakdown on the only stairs to the parking lot.

The check in and check out process was smooth. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. It was an amazing stay for me and my family.

Was a nice room not laid out very well as the bathroom door came right out of the kitchen. For a family of four in the suite it was pretty tight and having a skylight in the second bedroom was hard to get a good night's sleep. On the surface it was a nice hotel but the daily cleanliness was not the best. All in all it was a decent place but definitely not a high-end resort

Our family stay was excellent. Clean room with comfortable beds. The TV was just the right size to view the basketball playoffs. The staff was polite and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent. Free onsite parking. Mall within walking distance with great variety of shopping from boutique stores to Walmart family shopping.

We had a studio suite with kitchenette .. which we used .. however only one chair to sit up to the table. The check in was excellent as we arrived quite early but front desk made an extra effort. They were able to accommodate us so that we could check in & able to meet up with family for the rest of the day. Greatly appreciated.

I booked a room with kitchen and was given room 107. The room smells terrible! Not foodies but musty smell! I asked to change the room but there was none available at first. They ended up offer the air purifier, which needed to let it runs all days long! I got headaches from the noise of the purifier and the strong musty smell. For the third night, they moved us to third floor. No musty smell, but also no kitchen. The room was downed -grade, and no apology! Not recommend this place, especially if you go with kids.

Friendly staffs and clean hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was perfect for what my family needed. Clean and cozy place to lay our heads after a long day of adventuring.

The door needs a stopper or double lock. Its unsafe if you have a busy toddler who wants to explore.
