Very great hotel, the outside looking not that modern, but wonderful inside facility. Quiet and safe, staffs so kind and always helpful. Great for family.

I paid for a one bedroom suite for my husband and daughter on a trip they had. They got home and told me what an awful sleep they had because there was no door to the bedroom (my husband snores and we got a one bedroom so she could sleep in peace while he slept on the pull out couch). They informed me that there was no door to the bedroom so she heard him snore all night. Turns out they had been given a junior suite even though I paid for a one bedroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were visiting family just a few streets from the hotel. We had a great 4 day stay. We had a room with a kitchenette which worked out well. The only minor issue was that the lighting in the kitchenette area was poor….it was a bit dark when trying to prepare meals and clean up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay. Lovely staff who were very generous and friendly with our kids. Our dog was welcomed incredible matter of factly too - really refreshing. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here several times in the last year while attending to family matters in Victoria. The parking is convenient, the restaurant stays open late, there’s guest laundry, and wonderful staff.

Booked a junior suite that checked all the boxes for accomodation (comfy bed, good water pressure, clean, and quiet). Parking was a bit scarce...but we didnt arrive until later in the evening, so the fact that parking spots were hard to come by was understandable. Overall very comfortable stay.
