We had a great stay at this hotel! It was within walking distance to the parliament building and all the amenities downtown has to offer. The room was a bit small for a family of 3 but it was a nice and clean room.

The family suite is excellent. Roomy. The room in the suite has no air conditioner is the only downfall. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hallie at the front desk was so helpful and happy and kind. We were last minute, disorganized and needed extra attention more then once. She was so nice about everything and after a rough day solo with a small child it really made the stay to have someone be so genuinely nice to us. Shes the reason for the five star review.

My family loved this hotel! The location was perfect with my restaurants, unique stores and convenience store right around the corner. We were thrilled to find a washer and dryer that was quick as well! Not once did we ever feel unsafe in Canada! Thanks!!

Nice staff. Dining is hard to find near the hotel especially for dinner time, not clean and people are not really friendly and smiling some are on the street which makes the area not suitable for family with kids not comfortable to walk around but the other side is much better.

Our recent stay was excellent. We rented a suite that was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay with children especially for multiple days.
