Our room was so spacious and clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spouse enjoyed the gym. It was easy to find and many dining options around the hotel. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay with family. The breakfast and the service at Metro bar and grill was simply amazing. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. There are, however, a couple of things that were less than optimal. However, they wouldn’t stop me from returning. Unfortunately, our room was right in the middle of a large sports team and the girls in the rooms all around us kept us awake at night knocking on our door yelling in the hallways, and then we’re up incredibly early yelling in their room, which came right into our room through the walls. This is, of course, not the fault, but in hindsight, when we checked in and saw all of the teenagers all around us, I should’ve asked for a move. The only other item that I found incredibly strange was the fact that you do not accept interact as a form of payment at your hotel. we have travelled as a family both in Canada and the United States never had a problem paying for a room with our debit card. I understand the need to have a credit card on check-in for deposit and incidentals, however, I would also say that in our travels, we often pay this on check-in and then have that reimbursed to us on check out. I understand most people have a credit card not everybody does, and some people choose to live debt-free and it feels like an incredible punishment and very strange in the state to not accept interact as a form of payment .
Aside from those two things, the room was lovely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was clean comfortable close to amenities. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we will definitely be back

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool deck was less so and the steam room and sauna had floors that needed some attention. We stayed here with a friend and her child for a slumber party for the kids and they loved it so overall for the price, it was fine.

Initially given a room with a tv that didn’t work and as soon as I informed them, we were upgraded to a suite! Incredible customer service! And great facilities..definitely recommend to friends and family!

When we came back to our room after a dinner out, there was someone else in the room. They told us to go to the front desk. They apologized saying the room the previously spoken for! They moved our belongings out and put them in a locked room but dumped the things from the bathroom into my arms (no bag). They gave us a free upgraded breakfast each after my husband suggested it. We were not impressed and will never return there, even though it is close to family.

Very noisy, staff knowing we had small children still put us in a room directly above the patio bar. When we enquired the staff just it will be over at 10. Also, there wasn’t even any where to purchase any sort of drink, all of the soda machines were empty and so was the snack area in the lobby. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he was not on sight. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very warm, and guess what, we could not open the window because the music was so loud. I have to say that I was very disappointed as I thought by spending a little more, it would be a much better experience being that it is branded a “Four Points” which in other cases means better than average quality and stay. If you’re visiting Victoria for a drunken golf weekend this is the place for you but not for a family.

The person at the front desk doesn’t listen very well. I had to ask for the manager to get some common sense understanding. I booked the reservation under my name but I forgot I’m waiting for my new driver licence so I’m only carriying my temporary licence (no photo). The hotel required a photo id to confirm the reservation. I asked if my husband with his photo id was able to confirm the reservation (same last name as in the reservation) and this person at the front desk wouldn’t let me. Once I explained to the manager once, he said yes, no problem. My husband was able to get us in. Imagine having this situation, last minute reservation, no refunds, with 3 children at 4pm. Restaurant closes at 10am for breakfast. Do not sleep in otherwise you skip breakfast. Costco is beside, I recommend getting a roasted chicken and some croissant and you will have a better dinner than what’s on the menu at the Restaurant. All very greasy.
