Our stay turned out horrible after my children and I got stuck in the elevator. My daughter is now traumatized as she is afraid to go into an elevator now. We asked for compensation and was offered a cheap refund of a half night stay. The manager wasn't even available to meet and negotiate with us. Overall i will not stay at this hotel again.

Property seems quiet. We had a vehicle dropped off by family a couple of days before we got here as we were gone from home for 3 months. We stayed here last year too and weren’t charged for the parking. We live two and a half hours away from here.

Most of our stay was favourable. A disappointment was the lack of plant-based options for breakfast, considering it is close to an international airport and also offers conference accesses. Many people, adult and children, are lactose intolerant..so even non- dairy milk for cereal would have been appreciated.

From the time I got my bags at the airport to when I got into my room was 2 hours with my small children because of the front desk staff lying about the arrival time of the airport transit.

Staff were very friendly and great with the kids in our group. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast. Only criticism is the pool was a bit cold.

The rooms were neat and tidy, but the staff that checked us in late at night was very rude. Her attitude, tone and comments almost made us leave, if the kids weren’t so tired we would have.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and once again I was not disappointed. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I first showed up I saw the hotel filling up with parents and kids from a hockey tournament and I thought oh my god it's going to be a disaster around here but the staff put us on the fourth floor and we didn't here a thing. I would like to thank the staff for that because it was very much appreciated. If I go back to Edmonton would I stay here again yes.
