The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good for families With dogs. The salt water pool was great. No complaints about this place.

Lovely large room with the comfiest beds. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Beautifully prepared for us. The space was the most impressive, appreciated for a family of four with 2 teenagers. Would highly recommend if needing to stay in or around the area.

Landscaping needed some work. Night of July 21/23 lots of noise as many guest with children were running up and down the halls, jumping on the floor above my room. Staff were very friendly, breakfasts were exceptional, room was clean and comfortable.

Our room had a toilet that wasn't working and the manager of the place was very unpleasant to deal with. He didn't come to check it until late in the night (we have a baby with us). Finally moved us but caused much unrest. We asked for some kind of compensation and with much reluctance we got a $20 Timmies gift card? It was not a pleasant stay and we will not be coming back here again.

The staff was very friendly and let us visit in the breakfast room with family as we were from out of town. We had a room with a King size bed and a hot tub and it was only around $140 with tax. Great quality for the price for sure!

There aren’t many options in Innisfail, but this one is by far the best. We were there for a hockey tournament and the hotel was perfect for us, we asked to gather the team for dinner in the breakfast room and it was no problem, kids had fun in the pool, and free breakfast was perfect before heading to the rink. Staff were all amazing, especially considering hockey teams are not usually quiet and reserved. The asked the kids politely to abide by the rules when they forgot, and provided great service.

Front desk staff was amazing, very accommodating and friendly with the kids! Hot tub was great, pool was pretty cold though.
