The room was clean is the only positive comment. We came to visit our grandkids and wanted this for the pool to have some fun with them. I also upgraded and got a suite to have a jetted tub for the evening. We paid 230 for 1 night and did not get use of a pool as it was under construction and no where was this communicated till I walked by the doors. Then to top it off the jetted tub did not work. Wanted to speak to management when checking out but there was no manager working and I was checked out by the laundry worker. We will be coming back to Olds to visit but it will not be at this hotel.

This hotel does not have a pool, its been under construction for about a year now based on previous reviews I now see. It wont be ready anytime soon. Website says it is there, large lit up sign on building says its there, Expedia says its there.....Paid $225 a night so kids would have a chance to swim - about double what Ramada was charging for roughtly same room - granted I booked later because hotel called and said I had to cancel original booking because they would be under construction - rooms showed back up as available on the website, but for $50/night more Tried talking to staff - "Nothing we can do, corporate messes with our website" Stay at Pomeroy or Ramada if you want to be in town.
