32 dollars a day to park your vehicle is insane. Elevator and room door key scanner took forever to read cards to do anything. The bed was super comfy and staff was great. Breakfast was horrible the pancakes were the worse thing i have ever ate and would have preferred the frozen microwave garbage ones i buy for my kids. Nothing had any flavor everything tasted like flavorless water. Was super disappointed and way way over priced.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Would recommend to family and friends. The price was extremely reasonable compared to others in the area. When checking in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a king suite! Our room was wonderful. Very very clean, modern, spacious. The bed linens were nice, pillows were very nice (and I’m pretty pillow picky). The bathroom linens were plush and soft, no sign of long term use. 10/10 on this stay

The area is very sketchey, graffite on the hotel building outside. We had to pay extra for secure parking! Was advertised to have a pool so we told the kids and then got here and there is no pool just a hot tub! The price is outragious for what you get! Went to the resturant for supper and a simple buger was $25.00 No breakfest included ! Had we known all of this we never would have stayed here! Next time we will stay at the Delta! This place is a ripoff!

Arrived just before midnight to check in. Stood in line for 40 min. While standing in line multiple guests came down complaining that their key cards were not working and had been waiting (in one case 45 min with 2 children under 5) to get someone to come let them in their room. There was only one person working the desk and had to leave to help guests into their rooms between checking people in. To his credit he was keeping his cool. I ended up cancelling my stay by the time I got to the desk (there were about 10 people behind me too at that point). Also - don't forget you have to pay for parking ~$30 on top of your room. Ended up going to another hotel and in bed by 2am.

Nice property. Very clean inside. No mention that the pool was closed, either on the Hilton app or Hilton website. The pool amenity was the main reason for booking this hotel, with 3 children in tow.

Not a lot of restaurants within short walk. Limiting for family.

I love that the two queen rooms came with a double sofa bed so essentially my two children and I can each have their own bed! Really spacious.

The room we booked had two queen beds and a sofa bed, so worked well for our quick family trip. Not enough towels so had to call to request and then were expected to tip. Parking is ridiculous, and for the price of this mediocre hotel, an additional $28/day for parking is maddening. We have a truck and decided to park outside after reading reviews about the underground parking, but had to constantly worry about making sure we didn't get a ticket, and trudging around all the homeless (and a guy peeing right beside the sidewalk), would have preferred a more secure parking facility. We didn't even bother with the hot tub area based on other reivews. The hotel itself was okay, but I would never stay here again given the huge pain in the ass to park and the fact that there are many other options around.

We’ll first off the location is sketchy. Second our room didn’t have a bathroom door, the fan was broken and didn’t work and the blinds were also damaged and didn’t open. They must have had some event going on which we were right above so for half the night all we heard was super loud music pounding and with two kids it made it extremely hard to get them to sleep let alone ourselves. Was a terrible experience and was given contact information for management so we could get compensated for our stay but still have not heard back.
