Was our first family trip all year, we really like the Westin chain and this didn’t disappoint. The resturant was closed when we arrived but the bar and food options were open. The only negative thing was the ice maker on our floor was out of service but the guys in the bar gave us a bucket so problem solved.

The property itself was lovely. The service was incredibly slow. The dining options aside from the kids menu is incredibly limited.

Thoughtfully designed and furnished rooms and amenities. Liked 24/7 coffee in the lobby and airport shuttle service. Great swimming pool for children.

I think you shouldn't have a dirt potted plant in the pool area. Somebody bumped into it, probably the kids, and the dirt got on the floor which turned to mud from the water. Or at least move it to the other side of the room away from the showers so you don't get clean and then step in mud. That's the only gripe, was still a great clean, comfy stay!

Very clean and quiet. Nice rooms with great bed. Can barely hear any activity from airport! Servers in the restaurant need to ask picking up and handling guest children - this needs to be worked on as it is highly highly inappropriate. Otherwise, would stay again do to the comfort of rooms.
