Hotel Clique Calgary Airport

We love this hotel, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and the hotel rooms are always so well cleaned and put together. We had three special requests that were irregular for a hotel stay and they took care of them easily and thoughtfully, making the start to our family vacation so much better. Thank you!!!

Super hotel location near the airport with frequent shuttle service. The hotel has a nice restaurant/lounge. The rooms are large and quite adequate for a family.

Check in clerk very rude, ignored 3 families waiting in line while he was on the phone taking reservations, without even acknowledging those waiting.

everything was good modern and the kids really enjoyed the lights under the bed ..the only thing we didn’t like was the shower tower needed to be resolved half of the water jets were missing from the head ! will stay again hopefully we have a newer shower

It’s always a pleasure staying here. The staff are always so friendly, the restaurant never lets down either ! Also, how fun with the lights on the bottom of the beds !! 10/10 I will always recommend to family and friends.

If you're gonna give bath salts, make sure that it doesn't take an hour to fill up the bath tub. I am not kidding here it took an hour to fill up the bathtub. Plus what hotel controls? How loud the volume is On the remote for the tv???

Stayed here twice now once with our kids and once without. The hotel is clean and for the most part quiet. The roof top hot tubs are cool. My only complaint is house keeping did not notice a water bottle that had been drank out of in our room and left it beside the full one. The water is complimentary so we could only drink the sealed one but it was not a big deal. Just a reminder to check when cleaning. The led lights in the room around the beds is a neat feature. Will stay again.

Staff were kind and prompt even when working under stress while checking many families in at once late at night. I felt welcomed and excited to be here.

Nice hotel, great staff. Only downside is the led lights under the beds weren’t working. I know my kids would have loved it. Other than that, it’s a nice, clean hotel.

So many things in the room did not work: the most important ones being the flush, and the remote to turn off the glowing lights underneath the bed, so the room can actually be dark while you sleep. Also, one of the lightbulbs was out - the one closest to the desk! So if you wanted desk lighting for working, you had to light the entire room. The scale in the bathroom also didn't function. The food in the Tonic restaurant is overpriced and sub par. Unless you're getting the burger (which apparently was named one of the best in Canada...) watch out. This kitchen does not understand the value of selecting quality fruits and vegetables. It tasted like the stuff that's left over on the platter of a kid's birthday party. The next day we ended up trekking across the lot to eat in the restaurant at the adjacent hotel because we couldn't put ourselves through it again. Also- we accidentally left our keys in our room, so then we got it replaced and were told that the other ones in the room would still work, but then the next time we left (in our bathing suits to go the hot tub) the keys didn't work and we had to truck back down to the lobby barefoot in robes to get the keys fixed again. Would not stay here again.
