Not a central location but close to sky bus. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful but not obtrusive (except for Monday when there was no concierge?!) breakfast buffet was varied and very good - great if you have kids to feed.

Absolutely loved our stay with The Rialto. The quality of the hotel, cleanliness and staff attentiveness were second to none. We were provided lounge access as part of our stay due to a mishap with the elevators, which was lovely. The pre-dinner drinks/afternoon/happy hour in the lounge was lovely. We had breakfast in the lounge once, but would have to say the buffet breakfast was much much better with a wide selection of breakfast foods, including juice bar to make your own juices. That was just our preference though. We found the location a ways out from the CBD but we didn’t mind the walking. Overall, LOVED our stay and definitely would stay again and recommend to family & friends.

I gave this a gift to my sister and they had an amazing stay. They told me that the hotel wa posh. However they complained about the air condition that it wasn’t working well so they provided them with another room and had them keep the junior suite for the amenities. Overall they had a great experience. Hotel food was good and tasty.

From the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive friendly and welcoming. Checkin was nice and easy. Our room was nice and clean. The canapés and drinks were a nice addition. The staff in the Club access were exceptional. food and drinks were delicious. Breakfast was also a highlight. We got a great deal for a family of four including club access and breakfast. The children enjoyed it as did we. A heritage listed building with an old charm Feel. Well worth the stay. Pool area is a little tired and probably needs some updating. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would definitely go back again.

We had a nice stay overall and there were many things to like. The checkin was frustrating as rooms weren’t ready on time. It’s pretty dated but the staff were all extremely lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The pool/spa needed more regular cleaning as the water was pretty murky - kids didn’t care but I wasn’t keen. Beds were incredibly saggy - as everything in the rooms were very tired and worn. Bathroom was ok but again, old and tired. We were barely in the rooms though so it didn’t spoil the holiday. The staff and the breakfast more than made up for the negatives of the room.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was an amazing experience. the overall experience was like being in a Hollywood film. The staff was exceptional. The location is ideal for both leisure travelers and business travelers. Taxi rank is just outside the hotel which is really convenient. The Club Access was provided for all junior suit rooms which was absolutely fantastic with all day dining , Hi Tea and Evening snacks along with complimentary breakfast.The staff in the club intercontinental was well training and courteous and went the extra mile to attend all guest requests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was really an amazing experience.
