Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Little Collins, an IHG Hotel

Great place for a family mini getaway, the fact breakfast is included made life so much easier!!

The toilets had opaque walls, could easily see the person in the shower, not suitable for families to stay in single room

Great stay- breakfast every day was fantastic for our family .

My family absolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast was really lovely. The rooms were modern and nice, but the really wonderful space was the foyer area that they had set up for the tennis. Activities for the kids and a really nice atmosphere.

My family of 4 stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn and were pleasantly surprised by the great facilities, parking, breakfast and price. It is in a perfect location to walk into the city, Crown precinct or Southern Cross. Will definitely be keeping this in mind for the future.

Very nice and clean hotel that is reasonable value. Close to Southern Cross station and easy access to Collins, Bourke and Flinders Street trams. Check in was easy and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little busy but ok. Plenty of food options and always restocked. We had a 2 queen bed room to accommodate family with 2 kids (12 and 9). Room was very clean and spacious enough to spread out. Nice big window with reasonable view. Would happily stay again for our annual jaunt into the city at Xmas.

Our family was very happy with it all! Clean, modern room with comfy beds. Variety of pillows was great. Also a fantastic shower! Buffet breakfast is not over the top but it definitely had all we needed and more. Parking was easy. For the price this hotel was fabulous. We’d definitely stay again.

Excellent location, near the bus and tram station, many food/restaurants around, very convenient. Receptionists are friendly. I lived in the room with 2 Queen beds, spacious for a family of four. However bathroom is a bit smelly/stinky. Have requested house keeping for one time only during the stay and I was really disappointed. They did not clean the bathroom floor, the tiny tissues dropped on the floor have never been cleaned as well as the bin. Got free breakfast however the options are very limited and 6 days out of 7 days are exactly the same thing, only swap beef sausage with bacon. Only one day got hash browns with very limited supply. Overall it is ok but not the best. To be honest, won’t come back again but won’t complain too much.
