Excellent service, great restaurant, very ordinary room. Broken toilet seat, shower wouldn’t turn off and leaked, bathroom door very difficult to close, graffiti scratched into the back of the wardrobe door, noisy with slamming doors and children of other guests running up and down the hallway, and people moving around upstairs. Quiet to outside (street) noise. Air conditioning was difficult to get to right temperature.

I always stay here. Have for years! Love everything. Great location to drive and stay or fly in and stay. Amazing staff and very large rooms. Safe. Easy to get around. Love the Club and Lobby drinks and food areas. Nice buzz. Nice crowd. Always will return. Located near theatres. Walking distance. Love this Paris end of Collins street - as it’s often referred to. Lots of beautiful family and friend memories.

They asked for $6 fee to deliver a fork o my room. really?!?! you're kidding me. they charge top dollar then do this.

Everything was seamless, comfortable, and easy. The river view was spectacular, my kids did not want to leave. Gym is huge and has everything as far as I can tell.
