Sheraton Melbourne Hotel

Hotel is in the centre of the CBD area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious enough for a family of 3.

Was really disappointed with this stay - booked two rooms for our family of 5 , check in was at 3pm but the adjoining room wasn’t ready until 4.30pm so we were given another room on the same floor which was fine until we realised it had a view of a wall & seemed dark & not inviting. Our corner m room had a nice view but there was mould all on the bathroom blind & the roof paint was tired & chipped. Room service issues in each order - was rectified each time but still frustrating. We were told a cocktail (that was over a hour late) was on the house but we’re still charged $24. The pool was lovely & the staff were friendly & helpful. For the price I expected much more & wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved every minute at the Sheraton. From the kids ice cream at check-in to the stunning swimming pool with huge spa on the third floor... We loved the terrace bar and the breakfast room with the fancy eggs, guava juice, chia puddings and baby donuts... We adored our room... the beds are so comfortable and the crisp cotton sheets were divine... everything had an air of luxury... the bath is beautiful and the privacy blind is fun... the tiles are great and the shower is very nice... We had delicious coffee while we woke up and liked the tv screen to catch up on the news... We had drinks on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed delicious canapes... The staff were very friendly... My daughter loved the stairs and light fittings... My husband loved the gym... I had a great time trying out the sauna, walking around the Paris-end of Melbourne... we were close to the finest restaurants, fun comedy shows, art galleries and the tram is close by... We felt happy and refreshed... It was a brilliant stay... thank you... see you next time...

Happy And professional staff, great room, great food. Amenities and attention to detail very good. Couple and family friendly. Easy and convenient parking. Felt safe and secure Inside and out, a block away from hustle. Great position close to shops restaurants, tennis MCG.
