Great facilities for kids but very dirty rooms and you had to pay for soap and toilet paper when you run out.

Very roomy. We there there for a Lawn Bowls tournament. Club 200 metres away. Appeared to be an excellent stay for families.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation to family groups. Not great for couples as there are kids everywhere. So can be loud at times. Great for kids and lots for them to do.

Had an awesome stay, check in was a breeze and the women at the counter was very smiley, warm & welcoming. Disliked the stairwell on arrival especially when you have kids and all the extra belongings you have to bring for them dragging those up the staircase was a nightmare. Our superior two bedroom apartment was very spacious tidy, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the different swimming areas kids had a blast at splash zone and all the free activities and movies how amazing it is for children. We’d definitely be back in the future. Thank you again for having us :)

As a family we enjoyed the pool, slide and spa. We enjoyed the ability to cater for ourselves and have some space to relax.

Fabulous for the kids. Room was in need of a soft refurb. Though was good considering the age of the property. We will return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids had a great time in Club Turtle, mini golf, tennis, and on the waterpark. It was great Splash Zone was right outside our door! It was slightly annoying however that we werent supplied with extra toilet paper, dishwashing powder or liquid. We only had 2 coffee pods also. Our stay was for 5 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids and the basic necessities to keep the unit clean were expected to be purchased. Overall it was a relaxing stay but would have been easier to keep the unit clean if we were supplied with enough products to do so.

The beds in our room could do with being replaced. They are quite uncomfortable. Apart from this, this is an amazing place to stay with children.

Amazing for families our boys loved the water slides and pools. Cafe was really nice so were the staff. Room was clean but needed some work unsafe power points, carpets were stained and some curtains. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.
